Privacy Policy

Dark Factory is a solo-operator business. This page explains, in plain language, what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account and auth data. Email address and identity via Supabase, using either Google, GitHub, or Discord OAuth, or email and password. Supabase stores and manages this.
- Purchase records. Product purchased, amount paid, and payment method, via Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers - Stripe handles all of that directly.
- Crypto payment records. If you pay with ETH, SOL, or USDC, we generate a payment address and record the chain, token, and transaction status to confirm payment. Wallet addresses you pay from are visible on the public blockchain by design.
- File-download logs. We log which course files an account downloads. This is used for support and to enforce the Refund Policy.
- Anonymous page analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It tells us aggregate things like which pages get visited, not who you are.
What we don't do
- No ads.
- No selling or sharing your data with third parties beyond the processors named on this page.
- No tracking pixels.
- No marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
Your data stays on your machine
The course teaches you to build your own agent system on your own hardware. Nothing you build with the course phones home to us. We have no visibility into what you build or run.
How long we keep data
We keep account data for as long as your account exists. If you want your account and associated data deleted, email support@darkfactory.education and we'll take care of it.
Who processes your data
- Supabase - authentication and database
- Stripe - card payments
- Blockchain networks (Ethereum, Solana) - crypto payments; transactions are public by the nature of the chain
- Cloudflare - hosting and analytics
- GitHub - course file delivery
