These are the terms for using Dark Factory's products and site. They're written to be readable, not to bury you in legalese.
Dark Factory products are digital goods. Each is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access under the purchasing account, including all future updates to the product you bought.
Your purchase grants a personal, single-user license. Course materials and included tools (including SpecWeaver) may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside the purchasing account.
What you build with the course - your own agent system - is entirely yours. We claim no rights over it.
Downloads are tied to the purchasing account and are logged. See the Refund Policy for how downloads affect refund eligibility.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
By downloading course files after purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this waives the statutory 14-day withdrawal right once you download a file, as permitted for digital content under EU and UK consumer law. Reading lessons in the browser does not waive this right - see the Refund Policy. You will see a confirmation notice before your first download.
Email support@darkfactory.education first. Most issues resolve in one email, and we'd rather fix a problem directly than have it turn into a dispute.
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction.
